Overall a good device. The slightly larger ring is handy. I need still slightly bigger but I’ve managed well so far. The extra bit for the electrics setting can be irritating to the balls and the device is quite hard to line up to the ring when putting the tube on. But it just takes a bit of perseverance.
I think someone with more normal anatamony than me would do well with this one
